Art Director\n
Doral, FL · Full-Time · In-Person
\nArt Direction + World Building + Creative Production
\n The Opportunity\nGaui is looking for an Art Director with 5–7 years of experience, exceptional taste, and the ability to bring a brand's creative vision to life at a world-class level.
\nWe are looking for someone who can think ahead, develop original concepts, and translate them into a fully realized visual Gaui world through campaigns, content, and every other visual touchpoint of the brand.
\n \nThe role goes beyond directing individual shoots. The ideal candidate is someone who sees the bigger picture, understands how each collection contributes to the brand as a whole, and builds a cohesive visual identity that continues to evolve without losing its point of view.
\nWorking closely with the Brand Director and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this person will own the creative process from initial research and moodboarding through pre-production, on-set execution, post-production, and final asset delivery. They will lead the shoot and production calendar, select and coordinate photographers, models, studios, and other creative collaborators, and communicate the vision clearly to the team.
\n \nThis role is ideal for someone with strong creative instincts and the experience to make things happen. Someone who can develop ambitious ideas within a disciplined budget, work hands-on when needed, and consistently deliver exceptional work without relying on large productions or endless resources.
\n \nGaui is a social-first brand, so the way our world is expressed through content is just as important as the campaigns themselves. The right person understands how to maintain a recognizable visual identity while continuing to experiment, challenge conventions, and find new ways to present the brand.
\n The Role\nThe Art Director will lead Gaui's visual direction across collections, campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and other brand touchpoints.
\nThey will develop creative concepts and production plans well in advance, ensuring every collection has its own considered visual world while remaining unmistakably Gaui. From the initial moodboard to the final campaign assets, they will ensure every detail supports the concept and meets the intended creative standard.
\n \nThis is a hands-on position. Alongside leading and directing other creatives, the ideal candidate has the technical ability to shoot photography or video, create content independently, and step in wherever needed to bring an idea to life.
\n Responsibilities\nWe value strong taste, original thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into excellent work.
\nThe ideal candidate recognizes what makes a brand visually distinctive and knows how to build on that distinction over time. They understand that consistency does not mean repetition, and that experimentation works best when there is a clear point of view behind it.
\nThey are equally comfortable developing a concept, presenting it to the team, organizing a production, directing a shoot, and getting behind the camera themselves. They know how to make the most of available resources, communicate with clarity, and take responsibility for the final result.
\nAbove all, we are looking for someone who cares about the world they are building and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping Gaui's future.
\n How to Apply\nPlease submit your resume and portfolio, website, Instagram, or other relevant examples of work.
\nWe are especially interested in seeing:
\nPlease clearly describe your personal role and contribution to the work presented, including what you concepted, directed, produced, or created yourself.
\nIf you're excited about this opportunity and would like to express your interest and commitment, send your portfolio and a brief introduction to careers@shopgaui.com.
\n Schedule + Work Environment\nThis is a full-time, in-person position based in Doral, FL, Monday through Friday and required Saturday's for campaigns.
\nThe role combines office and studio work with photoshoots, castings, location scouting, and content production. Photoshoots are central to the position, and the candidate should expect to be actively involved throughout planning, production, and post-production.
\n \nCompensation: $80,000 - $90,000 anually.
