About the Role:

Syracuse Events is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing team in Syracuse, NY! Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing plans and promotional campaigns
• Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and on-site management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and brand activation strategies
• Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
• Engage with customers and clients during events to promote brand awareness
• Assist in post-event reporting, data collection, and performance analysis
• Coordinate marketing materials, signage, and promotional assets for events

Requirements: o\

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• 0-2 retail, face-to-face marketing experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Prior internship or experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
