Event Staff members are responsible for supporting the successful execution of live music events, concerts, social gatherings, and other entertainment activities at Beech Mountain Resort. The ideal candidates are energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Event staff play a key role in setting up, assisting during events, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including sound and lighting equipment
• Greet and provide guests with excellent customer service during events
• Support event coordinators and managers in event logistics and operations
• Ensure event areas are kept clean and organized throughout the event
• Monitor guest safety and adhere to resort safety standards
• Help with ticketing, seating, and crowd control as needed
• Assist with vendor and performer coordination

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event support or customer service preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests and staff professionally
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift event equipment as needed
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
