Element Graphics combines the skill and expertise acquired over many years of experience in the vehicle graphics and sign industry. Using the highest quality materials and state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure we provide our customers with the best product we can offer. Our designers and installers work personally with our customers from concept to completion.

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and detail-oriented Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind visual storytelling—transforming concepts into captivating designs that resonate across print, vehicle wraps, and environmental branding. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who is eager to help a growing company expand while balancing hands-on large format print production with high-level visual design.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Specialized Design: Create stunning vehicle graphics, interior/exterior signs, environmental branding, wall/floor graphics, logos, and cohesive brand identities.
• Print & Production Operations: Run and operate large format printers daily, handle media loading, perform spot color checks, and set up production-ready files.
• Digital & Marketing Assets: Develop creative concepts for digital content, print materials, marketing campaigns, and layouts that align with client objectives.
• Prepress & Quality Control: Prepare design files for production with precise color management, layout setup, and file routing to ensure high-quality output.
• Project & Client Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and communicate directly with customers from concept to completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FlexiSign (knowledge of FlexiSign is a strong plus).
• Design Fundamentals: A solid creative graphic design background with exceptional layout, composition, and typography skills.
• Production Willingness: Familiarity with large format printing is a plus, but candidates must be willing to learn sign production and operate large format printers daily alongside design responsibilities.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in sign layout/design and vehicle graphics is a huge plus, but not strictly required for the right eager candidate.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive and meet deadlines in a fast-paced (and sometimes stressful) environment.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively with team members, as well as directly with clients.
