As a Product Data Scientist, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy and driving growth through data-driven insights.
You will work closely with Product and Operations teams to understand user needs, identify opportunities, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Combining analytical expertise, statistical thinking, and machine learning literacy, you will design experiments and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
You will take ownership of the analytical process, from developing hypotheses and validating insights to supporting implementation and measuring outcomes.
You will also leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and build scalable analytics solutions.

Accountabilities:
Partner with Product and Operations teams to shape product strategy, identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses, and recommend priorities based on data-driven insights.
Design and refine experiments using statistical methods and model outputs to test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and support informed decision-making.
Monitor, maintain, and communicate key performance indicators, ensuring teams have easy access to reliable metrics and a clear understanding of progress.
Integrate AI tools throughout the analytical workflow to accelerate exploration, automate repetitive processes, prototype solutions, and focus efforts on high-value analysis.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop an AI-powered analytics platform, creating reusable workflows and self-service tools that improve access to trusted data and actionable insights.
Take end-to-end ownership of analytical initiatives, from identifying business questions and conducting investigations to communicating findings and supporting implementation.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations, influence strategic decisions, and maximize business impact.
Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation by helping teams adopt more effective analytical practices and AI-enabled ways of working.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related field.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization, with the ability to extract, interpret, and communicate meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Solid statistical knowledge, including experience designing and interpreting experiments, assessing statistical significance, understanding causality, and distinguishing meaningful signals from noise.
Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and models, with the ability to interpret model outputs, incorporate them into analyses, and collaborate on experiment design.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to turn analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
A proactive, full-stack approach to problem-solving, including independently identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, validating them pragmatically, and carrying solutions through to implementation.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI and the ability to incorporate AI-powered tools into analytical workflows, automate tasks, and improve team productivity.
Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve, requirements may be ambiguous, and solutions must adapt as new information emerges.
Ability to balance independent work with effective collaboration across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Strong intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the needs, behaviors, and experiences of the community being served.
