Window Installer

Pay: $13-$18/hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the installation of residential windows and doors, ensuring quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and takes pride in delivering professional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential windows and doors.
• Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to pass an Industrial Labor Pre-Screen Test prior to interview.

Preferred

• Previous residential window and door installation experience.
• Construction, carpentry, remodeling, or glazing experience.
• Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment.
